Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Secret Friend Slack application (“the Service”) operated by ManyMini (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and owned by Aysegul Yavuz Gokcuoglu.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

Secret Friend is a Slack application designed for organizing and managing gift exchanges and team building activities. By using our Service, you agree to:

Use the Service only for its intended purpose
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Not harass or abuse other users
Not send spam or unsolicited messages

2. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must:

Have a valid Slack account
Provide accurate workspace information
Be authorized to install and use the app in your Slack workspace
Maintain the security of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Service Rules

When using Secret Friend, you agree to abide by the following rules:

Keep interactions professional and workplace-appropriate
Respect the anonymity of other participants
Not use the Service to send offensive or inappropriate content
Not attempt to discover technical vulnerabilities in the Service
Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service

4. Free and Paid Services

Secret Friend offers both free and paid service tiers. For paid subscriptions:

Payment terms are based on the selected plan
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled
Refunds are provided at our discretion
We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ManyMini. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ManyMini, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
